Born and raised in Uruguay, Pablo spent many years living in the "Riviera" of South America, Punta del Este. His passion for real estate grew as he saw this seaside vacation area evolve into an international destination serving global vacation-seekers. Pablo's real estate experience began there, where he worked on, managed, and sold vacation properties, and continues to connect international travelers with vacation homes and real estate investments in his home country.
He moved to the US in 2001 to pursue his higher education here, and for several years worked in Sales Development and Business Intelligence. In the US he honed his sharp business sense, learned how corporations operate, and gained an understanding of consumer trends.
But with real estate in his blood, in 2012 he decided to pursue a different path and focus on real estate exclusively, pursuing a certificate in property management at Baruch College in New York City, and completing his real estate education at NYU. Pablo is delighted to join the team at William Raveis, as he combines his passion for sales and customer service, with his business acumen, and real estate experience.
Currently a Hastings-on-Hudson resident, Pablo and his wife relocated to the Rivertowns area from Fort Greene Brooklyn, and recently bought their first home. He understands the transition from city living to suburban life, has not looked back at city living at all since making the move! Pablo is keen to share this experience and insight with those considering a move to the area, and loves to help people beyond just finding a home. He cares deeply about working with his clients to enable them to truly experience the quality of life that the Rivertowns have to offer.
